Aki and Haruka, where are you going? - First Translation Project!

I'm excited to announce my first translation project! I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Hideko Nishikawa-the author and illustrator behind this whimsical picture book, "Aki and Haruka, where are you going?" This book is now available in Japanese, Chinese, and English! How cool is that?

When I first read Nishikawa's picture book, I fell in love with her two characters and their adventures. She captured so much joy and sense of wonder thanks to her magical writing style. This project was a great learning experience for me-it wasn't just about translating the text, it was about experimenting different ways to make English words flow in the same rhythm.

Isn't it amazing how three languages can be so expressive!
